About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, managing a team of shift workers, and maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a shift team to achieve optimum completion of all required tasks.
  • Ensure accurate control of all finished goods, raw materials, and packaging, ensuring total traceability of product via the warehouse management system.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Management team to ensure consistent standards are applied and all service expectations and department KPI's are achieved.
  • Develop and manage the shift team by managing performance and behaviours to achieve defined standards.

About You:

You will need to have previous experience of leading and managing people within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within the FMCG industry. You will have excellent organisational skills, proven ability to define and manage to clear process standards, and well-developed IT skills including databases, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

You will need to work flexibly within the needs of the business, have ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, and enjoy working in a team.
