Position: Logistics Operative

As a key member of our Dispatch team at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving shipments from supplier depots, verifying journey temperatures in accordance with Good Distribution Practice, and utilizing an Asset tracking device to check in orders. It is essential to ensure the safe sorting of incoming deliveries into designated van routes promptly, guaranteeing that customer orders are prepared for dispatch.

Collaboration is vital in this role, and you will work closely with a dedicated team to foster a positive and cooperative work atmosphere. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial as you coordinate efforts to achieve operational excellence.

This position requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift, with the ability to lift products weighing up to 15kg, as well as bend, twist, kneel, and crouch as necessary.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: £ per hour

Work Schedule

Working Hours/Pattern: Casual hours available
