Head Waiter Opportunity at Annabel's

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter to join the team at Annabel's, a stunning private members club in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of each service, supervising junior staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

About Annabel's

Annabel's is a 26,000 square foot private members club located at 46 Berkeley Square. We offer a unique dining and drinking experience, with five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, and a cigar salon. Our team of world-class chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with managers, floor team, and senior chefs to ensure the smooth running of each service
  • Supervise junior members of the floor team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Develop good relationships with members and knowledge of their tastes and preferences
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a busy, private members' club or high-quality restaurant environment
  • Excellent understanding of all areas within a restaurant
  • Excellent team player with a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
