Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in the Northwest. As a key member of our M&E team, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects, including hotels, schools, hospitals, and museums, with a value of £2-£8 million.

These projects will involve refurbishment, maintenance, and installation works, requiring close collaboration with estimators, subcontractors, and varying team sizes. You will be working for a well-established Mechanical, Electrical, and Telecommunication contractor, responsible for planned & reactive maintenance, as well as new build and retrofit projects worth north of £4m.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and take on new challenges. Our company offers a competitive salary of £60k and a supportive work environment.
