Job Title: Asset Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Lead to join our team at Taco Bell. As an Asset Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist with scheduling and timekeeping, ensuring that all team members are aware of their schedules and are meeting their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
