Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends as required

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced environment, ensuring the seamless operation of technical systems and infrastructure. This position requires a candidate with robust technical expertise and a passion for live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and efficient functioning of all electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to support setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of technical systems, ensuring adherence to statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team and external contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant Inspection and Testing Qualification (C&G Electrical Installation, Testing 2391/2394/2395/AM2)
- 17th and/or 18th Edition Certification
- IOSH Working/Managing Safety (desirable)
Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based systems and software-based lighting controls.
- Experience with Trend BMS systems and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
This role will report to the Technical Account Manager and includes the responsibility of mentoring an Electrical Apprentice on-site. A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.
