Position Overview
This position involves working within a dynamic Trauma & Orthopaedic Fracture and Elective Clinic environment.
We seek a dedicated and proactive individual capable of functioning autonomously as well as collaboratively within our team. Effective communication is crucial in this role as we engage with a diverse range of patients and their families, alongside various members of the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing wound care, which may vary from basic to complex cases. Experience in phlebotomy is advantageous, as well as the ability to record ECGs. Proficiency in brace and splint application is required, although training will be provided for those who need it.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead nurse-led clinics and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of management.
Proficiency in the Welsh language is preferred for this position; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
