Role Overview
The successful candidate will take charge of the Supplier Quality and New Product Introduction (NPI) functions, collaborating closely with the broader Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure the quality of supplied components for our production lines. A significant aspect of this position will involve integrating supplier quality considerations from the initial stages of new product development.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility in start and end times.
37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, particularly with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience is essential. The role requires the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as necessary. Experience in engaging with customers, regulators, and suppliers is crucial. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of navigating a matrix organization and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve significant outcomes. Familiarity with managing a global supply chain, especially in cost-effective regions, is preferred.
