VIPRE Security Group, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our Salesforce org and ensuring the security of our customers' data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support our existing Salesforce org, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM systems and integration elements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
  • Provide end-user support for the Salesforce platform
Requirements:
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ, and Pardot (Account Engagement)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems and working with deployment management systems
  • Experience with Salesforce DX / Visual Studio Code and Git-based source control systems
  • Project management or technical leadership experience
  • Willingness to work +/- 2hrs of UK office hours (09:00 - 17:30 GMT)
