About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the specification sales of our high-end interior products to the architecture and design community.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of specifying interior products and will be responsible for promoting and specifying our products to A&D specifiers, including architects and interior designers.

The role involves working remotely and in the field, managing a robust project pipeline, and securing commercial specifications through partnerships with interior design practices and architects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver CPD presentations and host Lunch & Learn sessions.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, up to £60,000 - £65,000 basic DOE, with an uncapped OTE of £20,000 - £50,000. Additionally, we provide a company car, 9% pension, BUPA private healthcare, and life assurance.
