Position Summary:

Proclinical is in search of a meticulous and committed Logistics Operations Specialist. This position is primarily centered on meeting the daily operational demands in areas such as Outbound Shipment Coordination and Inventory Receipt. The ideal candidate will play a vital role within the Logistics department, collaborating closely with the Operations Supervisor and fellow team members to ensure seamless and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute daily operational tasks within an assigned team.
  2. Achieve established personal and warehouse performance metrics, ensuring timely dispatch of all shipments.
  3. Effectively manage the receipt of inventory and its proper storage in designated temperature-sensitive zones.
  4. Address urgent requests and process cross-docked shipments promptly.
  5. Support the loading and unloading of transport vehicles and the overall handling of materials across the facility.
  6. Precisely pick customer orders according to item number, quantity, batch number, expiration date, and temperature requirements.
  7. Ensure all customer orders are dispatched from the facility, adhering to all customer, compliance, and quality standards.
  8. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring all stock is clean and undamaged.
  9. Conduct daily inventory audits as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Warehousing and Logistics Operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 and SAP EWM Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience operating forklift trucks is advantageous but not mandatory.
