About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance of fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lighting systems in domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance on fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lighting systems
  • Carry out small remedial works as required
  • Install fire alarm systems as needed
  • Use a PDA device to manage tasks and client interactions
  • Liaise with clients to conduct site surveys and provide technical support
  • Be available for call-outs as required

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full UK Driving License
  • Have relevant industry experience
  • Ideal candidates will hold electrical qualifications
  • Have a strong knowledge of BS5839 and BS5266
