The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our growing Cyber Security & Assurance Information Branch within Nuclear Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our nuclear power stations and new nuclear projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect against cyber threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and procedures
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cyber security best practices
Requirements
  • Relevant cyber security qualification and experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, NCSC's CAF, and ISO 27000-series
