Job Title: Homeless Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Homeless Operations Manager to join our team at InvitISE Ltd. As a key member of our public sector client's team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of homeless services in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective homeless prevention strategies
  • Manage operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with local authorities and housing providers to achieve re-housing goals
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to homeless individuals
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess proven skills in homeless prevention, operations management, service delivery, customer management, and local authority experience. They will also have expertise in housing allocations, housing assistance, re-housing, people management, service planning, financial and resource management, and contract management.
