Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will work on high-rise residential and new build developments, utilizing their technical expertise to drive projects forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing, forward-thinking team of Architects, Technologists, and Technicians. The team is located at their contemporary Head Office in Huddersfield and provides hybrid working options.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on RIBA stages 3 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes, including high-profile high-rise and large new build schemes. They will produce working drawings and specifications, review and edit similar work drafted by others, and create Revit models for use from the initial stage of concept design to construction.

The ideal candidate will have Revit experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, technical detailing and knowledge, and practical knowledge in Building and Planning regulations/procedures. They will also be able to work efficiently from home and in the office around the team, possess strong interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills, and be a team player with the determination to drive projects forward.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including bonuses, training support, accreditation financial support, lifestyle benefits, excellent holiday, and much more.
