  • Collaboration: Collaborate with front-line staff to identify any alterations that may compromise fire safety in dwellings.
  • Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of fire risk assessments, actions taken, and safety issues.
  • Training: Develop and deliver practical and theoretical fire safety training to staff and tenants.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fire Safety Experience: Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments and recommending risk control measures.
  • Fire Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Fire Safety Legislation, modern fire alarm systems, and fire strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with tenants.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and develop effective working relationships.
