Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing staff, including the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and maintain advanced clinical skills, including x-ray interpretation, suturing, and plastering.
- Lead the systematic monitoring, review, and evaluation of nursing practice through clinical audit.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements from the Care Quality Commission.
- Develop and implement health promotion and well-being programs.
- Set standards for patient care based on best evidence-based practice.
- 1st level Registered Nurse with current registration with the UK Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Post-registration qualification in First Contact Care, Chronic Disease Management, or equivalent.
- Master's degree in a health-related subject or already working towards ANP Masters.
- Independent Nurse Prescriber.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Post-registration qualification in Autonomous Practice or equivalent.
