Store Operations Manager

Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Press-shop Manager to oversee the workflow at our facilities in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving issues and serving as a link between your team and senior management.
- Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company objectives and communicate them to your team members.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
- Address employee complaints and resolve problems in a fair and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and employees, ensuring effective communication and information exchange.
- Prepare and submit performance reports and delivery KPIs for review.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Enforce all H&S policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines related to the press industry.
- Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze data.
- Diploma/Certificate in first-line management or a relevant field is an advantage.

35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7am-3pm.
Salary
Circa £45,000 + bonus.
