  • Collaborate with disrepair surveyors, associations, housing providers, including city councils, to instruct experts and counsel as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional client service, demonstrating empathy, particularly for vulnerable or distressed clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the department, assisting in business development and ongoing development.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, both internally and externally.
