Job Purpose

As an IDS Graduate Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the operations and objectives of our operational department. You'll use your analytical skills to review production work orders, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes and improvement plans in accordance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze systems and review production work orders to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Resolve level 1 incidents related to production and implement changes and improvement plans
  • Monitor quality and performance levels defined in Service Level Agreements and produce KPI reports
  • Adapt your work plan in response to operating experience to realize Standards Level Agreements
  • Maintain operational documentation and procedures
  • Contribute to improving the design, delivery, and support of IT services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a related field
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of information systems
  • Strong team spirit
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
