Senior Paralegal – Technical Recoveries

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues on complex legal matters.
  • Brief counsel for intricate cases, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs.
  • Review matters at referral, providing detailed scopes divisible into manageable tasks.
  • Handle a wide range of legal matters, including disputes, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, court applications, and hearings.
  • Communicate scopes and progress to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Interact with third-party stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
  • Take ownership of legal matters, progressing them to successful conclusion.
  • Utilize case management systems efficiently, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Provide line management and supervisory guidance to team members.
  • Regularly report to the Specialist Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
