About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Administrator to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Asbestos site staff and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with clients to arrange and adjust appointments for Asbestos site staff
  • Update internal records and company databases with works updates and results
  • Support Asbestos site staff and members of management with administrative assistance
  • Work to agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and internal staff
Requirements
  • Must hold experience working as an Administrator for an Asbestos / Environmental company
  • Will ideally hold some industry technical knowledge and experience with Asbestos technical reports and documents
  • Industry related qualifications (such as P Certifications) would be beneficial but not essential
  • Organised and efficient work ethic
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in line with GDPR guidelines
