- Provide education and training to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care and services.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current PIN.
- Experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
