About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Cardiff. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our club.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a cleaning or domestic role and be able to work effectively under pressure. You will be expected to positively interact with colleagues and members, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the club, including changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Working with cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Providing a high level of customer service to members and colleagues
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
