Permanent Advanced Practitioner Opportunity

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a dedicated recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work full-time for Achieving for Children, based in Kingston.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings, and court cases.
  • Support the implementation of the Signs of Safety and Wellbeing framework across Social Care, utilizing direct tools for working with children and young people.
  • Contribute to developing and leading a culture of partnership and innovation, ensuring services are child-focused, flexible, and adaptable.
About the Role:

This permanent Advanced Practitioner position offers a competitive salary of up to £58,116 per annum. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Safeguarding Team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
