Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery meets time, quality, and budgetary targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, health, and wellbeing across the business.
  • Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring effective project management and good communication between team members.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that resolve complex problems and contribute to sustainable development.
Requirements
  • Significant knowledge and track record in Offshore Renewables Engineering.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels, including technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience in leading, and working with, people from varied disciplines, backgrounds, and cultures.
  • Strong consulting skills, including project management and client relationship management at senior management level.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer professional status, or equivalent.
