The Position

As a Senior Mechanical Services Engineer, your role will involve the following key areas:

  • Working in coordination with all other design team members, internal and external, to provide excellent client care and reporting throughout the project life cycle.
  • Arranging and attending meetings as required.
  • Arranging and carrying out site surveys as required and preparing the appropriate reports.
  • Demonstrating and delivering acceptable technical and report writing skills.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from site and reporting to the client.
  • Carrying out condition surveys and feasibility studies.
  • Producing designs, calculations, room data sheets, equipment schedules, and specifications, and other technical information as required to meet the agreed project requirements.
