We are collaborating with a prominent residential developer to assist in their recruitment for a Lead Construction Manager.

This role involves overseeing a substantial housing project, comprising over 1000 units with a reinforced concrete frame. You will report directly to a Project Manager, managing a team of supervisors and the entire construction process.

Our client boasts a variety of residential projects throughout the region and a robust pipeline of upcoming work, ensuring job security.

This project is in its initial stages, allowing you to supervise all phases of construction from groundwork to final handover.



Key Responsibilities for Lead Construction Manager:
  • Support the Project Manager in managing a team of supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Oversee subcontractors and the workforce.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety.
  • Ensure the quality of construction.
  • Keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise the construction process from inception to completion.

Qualifications for Lead Construction Manager:
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects from groundwork to handover.
  • Proven track record of leading a team of at least two supervisors.
  • Experience with large reinforced concrete frame residential developments.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
