  • Provide expert evaluation advice across the organization, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to research initiatives.
  • Develop into the organization's go-to expert on parent data, representing the organization to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure research outputs are accessible, practical, and valuable to leaders.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure seamless project management and alignment with broader objectives.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of research and evaluation projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and large-scale data collection.
  • A natural ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the research process.
  • The ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, multi-project environments, managing multiple sources of content with ease.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, or R to analyze and interpret data.
