Project Support Delivery Manager

Urenco is a global leader in the production of low-carbon energy, driving the transition to a sustainable, net-zero world. We're seeking a skilled Project Support Delivery Manager to play a key role in our project support team, supporting all projects delivered in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project control strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide location-based support for minor and major projects, ensuring optimal use of Project Support personnel.
  • Accountable for delivering portfolio-level reports, including forward resource planning and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, contractual requirements, and project delivery strategy.
  • Flow down project support requirements to the supply chain and ensure optimal use of Project Support resources.
  • Support project managers and project owners/end clients in meeting project objectives.
  • Oversee project status reporting, including safety, scope, cost, schedule, and business benefits goals.
  • Measure project progress metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a highly regulated or infrastructure-focused environment, with knowledge of EPC environments.
  • Lead role in project controls functions, with experience in EVM and project control strategies.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into bespoke project control strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering projects to business goals, with a proven track record in managing complex contractual relationships.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams, communicating strategy, and mentoring project controls personnel.
  • Skilled in managing project teams to success with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical bias with attention to detail, particularly concerning data collation, analysis, and presentation.
