Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct responsibility for individual Farm & Estate Client relationships with work streams, which include:
  • Day to Day Management & Consultancy across a diverse range of agricultural and rural businesses.
  • Budgeting and financial management of farm and rural businesses assisted by an in-house accounts team.
  • Completion and management of Contract Farming/Share Farming and grazing agreements.
  • Ad-hoc consultancy instructions.
Requirements:
  • Previous consultancy experience, good market knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Sound practical agricultural and ideally estate management experience (Ideally 3+ years post-graduation).
  • Strong analytical, research and report writing skills.
  • Understanding of the rural property and factors driving the rural and agricultural land markets.
