Job Description

The Floor Operations Specialist is a critical role within Pilgrim's Europe, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing area. This position requires a high level of physical activity, as the successful candidate will be required to use pump and pallet trucks to move materials throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply materials to support manufacturing operations
  • Operate pump and pallet trucks to move materials
  • Perform tasks with a high level of walking throughout the shift

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will join our day shift team, working Monday to Friday, with alternating weekly schedules of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent physical stamina, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
