We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at HM Land Registry. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Technical Trainer, you will be working closely with our Data Transformation Team to build the capability of our colleagues. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, as well as coaching and mentoring our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our colleagues
  • Coach and mentor our team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our Data Transformation Team to build the capability of our colleagues
  • Identify and address training needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar training role
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to deliver face-to-face training
