We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our Pre Installed Configuration (PIC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production assembly line is stocked and operated to meet the correct configuration requirements for our high-quality water dispenser products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dispenser products are pre-configured to customer/end user specification requirements.
  • Monitor work standards and practices, and complete end-of-line testing to identify problems.
  • Solicit feedback from internal/external customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
  • Ensure continuous production is maintained by undertaking equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract requirements and associated systems.
  • Report problems/failures that may impact the organisation and/or its clients/customers.
  • Fix minor issues that may arise with the production line and trouble-shoot when production issues occur.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of technical experience gained in a field engineering and/or serial production assembly line environment.
  • IT literacy with experience in either SAP or similar SMT.
  • Ability to work autonomously, working in accordance with set parameters.
  • In-date Fork lift licence.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working within a small, busy, and collaborative team.
