Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at NC Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review month-end management accounts information for UK companies and subsidiaries
- Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including stock, debtors, and creditors
- Reconcile VAT and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
- Support with year-end accounts preparation and stock take procedures
- Investigate and analyze variances in KPI reporting
- Provide ad-hoc support to directors and senior management
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in management accounting
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with excellent communication and Excel skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
