We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements- Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
