About the Role:

As a Lettings Portfolio Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our investment services and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends, provide data-driven pricing strategies, and negotiate rental offers to ensure optimal returns for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize investor returns
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform investment decisions
  • Negotiate rental offers between applicants and landlords
  • Work with landlords and tenants to secure rental agreements
  • Support the Property Management team with pricing guidance
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for new build properties
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants
  • Act as the main contact between completions and lettings teams
  • Facilitate information flow between teams to minimize delays and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • 3+ years' experience in property management, lettings, or real estate investment analysis
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance the interests of landlords and tenants
  • Knowledge of property markets, including an understanding of rental trends, property valuations, and investor expectations

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £40,000
  • Great yearly bonus potential of up to £9,000
