About the Role

GAP Group LTD is seeking a skilled Regional Power Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our regional team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient servicing and maintenance of our power services and equipment within the GAP fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair faults or damage to equipment, including Stage V generators, AMF/MDU, and distribution & cable systems.
  • Accurately update service records and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to workload and team collaboration.
  • Hold a valid driving license and possess a proven track record in a generator engineer role with relevant mechanical qualifications or time-served experience.
Requirements
  • Sound and current knowledge of Stage V engines and generators is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
