We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to join our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will support the daily running of different parts of the fulfilment unit operations, working closely with the Fulfilment Operations Manager and Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in planning and leading daily operations, including picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit, ensuring adherence to safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Supervise daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials, and ensuring daily routines are followed.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics roles.

  • Computer skills.
  • Experience in planning and improving daily operations.
  • Confident and clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
