Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Bristol Foyer, a supported accommodation service for young people. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our team manager to deliver high-quality services to young people in need of supported accommodation and support services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and guidance to colleagues to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent services to young people.
- Work collaboratively with young people, colleagues, and external organizations to enhance and promote the life experiences and independent skills of young people.
- Provide key worker support for some young people through advocacy and 1-2-1 support.
- Support the team manager to deliver a highly effective and impactful team.
- Experience in providing supervision to others.
- Experience of working effectively with young people with diverse strengths, needs, and aspirations.
- Good leadership skills and a proven track record for delivering good outcomes for individuals.
- An ability to make good quality judgments and sound decisions in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty, and challenge.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
