The Recruitment Crowd is currently seeking candidates for a prominent Parcel Courier organization.

Shifts Available:
  • Afternoon – 14:00pm to 22:00pm.
  • Nights – 22:00pm to 06:00am.

Location: Slough area.

Job Type: Ongoing with potential for permanent placement for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately sort and organize incoming parcels based on assigned routes and destinations.
  • Utilize conveyor belts, scanners, and other machinery to streamline the sorting process.
  • Ensure parcels are properly labeled and categorized to minimize delivery errors.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Identify and report damaged parcels following company protocols.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimizing space usage.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate sorting and labeling.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and occasional overtime as required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
