We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our Quality Department at Muller Bridgwater.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure laboratory tasks are completed on time to the right standard, including all testing, calibrations, and controls.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, and ensure the laboratory is organized and tidy.
- Prioritize workload effectively and complete all documentation accurately.
- Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting through data analysis and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and laboratory accreditation.
- Mentor and train Laboratory Technicians.
- Support Central teams in developing new methods, systems, and processes.
- Competent in microbiological methods, including Total Viable Count (Petrifilm) and Enterobacteriaceae (Petrifilm).
- Previous laboratory experience, including aseptic skills, auditing, lab safety, NIR technology (FOSS), equipment calibration and maintenance, and laboratory accreditation standards.
- Desirable skills include pipetting skills, HACCP L2, and in-depth Micro and dairy Chemistry knowledge.
