This role includes an attractive £1,000 attraction payment, distributed as £500 upon joining and £500 after the successful completion of the probationary period. Position Overview
Work Schedule: Day shifts, totaling 18 hours per week.
As a Senior Care Assistant during daytime hours, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, personalized care and support to our residents. You will promote their privacy, dignity, and independence while overseeing the shift and guiding your team members. Collaboration is key in fostering a joyful and nurturing environment.
Your daily tasks may include observing care assistants as they assist residents with meals, ensuring that activity logs are accurately maintained, providing thorough handovers to the incoming team, or helping residents with their morning routines. Each task will be approached with compassion and dedication.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential setting
- Completion of Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care

- Ability to inspire and lead team members
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Flexibility in working hours
