- Manage labor, inventory, and controllables to optimize restaurant performance

- High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred
- 2-4 years of operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry or retail environment
- Basic business math and accounting skills to manage profit and loss
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
