About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the programme management of our new services and digital transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for programme managing the workstreams required to open all the homes, schools, and assessments for FY25 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme manage the workstreams required to open all the homes, schools, and assessments for FY25 and beyond.
  • Ensure effective and transparent communication to the new homes opening team of all aspects of the programme.
  • Support all workstream leaders with completion of their aspects of the programme to ensure that deadlines are met, and submissions are accurate and avoidable mistakes are eliminated.
  • Liaise with Estates, Operations, HR, and other departments to ensure all requirements are met in full in time for the school or home opening.
  • Ensure our digital transformation projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with the Digital strategy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a programme manager of a large multi-strand programme preferably involving opening of new sites and regulatory compliance.
  • Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent levels of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasks.
  • Knowledge of and fluency in programme management software.
