About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door Engineer to join our team at Professional Technical Ltd. As a Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repairs of roller shutters, sectional, speed, loading bays, and fast action doors on various customer sites within a local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of equipment, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and repair equipment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  • IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, or NVQ certification.
  • Previous practical experience working on shutters, sectionals, or loading bays.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Electrical, welding, or hydraulics experience.
