About the Role
KBR's Estates Intelligence team is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Senior Condition Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a survey program aimed at capturing the condition of assets, buildings, and space utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork to survey client estates, focusing on managing a survey program to capture asset conditions, building fabric, and space utilization.
- Record-keeping of site visits, managing building plans, and using KyKloud software for data input.
- Provide advice on asset renewal, attend project meetings, and update systems for accurate client reports.
- Identify critical plant equipment and perform quick asset assessments without invasive inspections.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in comprehensive asset surveys, building fabric studies, and space planning.
- Adept at accurately reporting M&E asset and building fabric conditions, with knowledge of asset maintenance requirements and the built environment.
- Proficient in mobile data capture and reporting tools, including iPad apps/systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, IT literacy, and meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in planning programs for asset lifecycle/renewal and fabric condition status.
- Familiarity with secure environments and knowledge of Kykloud software.
