The Service Delivery Analyst role offers a unique blend of technical and customer-facing responsibilities, playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of clients onto our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication and Support:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Project Ownership from Initiation to Completion:
    • Take ownership of client onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed to agreed project timelines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Data Issues Resolutions:
    • Review client-provided data using internal software to identify anomalies and missing information.
    • Work with clients to resolve data issues that may block onboarding.
  • UAT Handover:
    • Complete the UAT handover with clients, delivering training calls and covering key information required to use their system.
    • Ensure all agreed deliverables accurately reflect the scope of work and UAT system delivered for each project.
