Deputy Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team at Premier Inn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Hotel Manager in the daily running of the hotel, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, driving commercial best practice and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Manage controllable costs, ensuring a strong business performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to drive business growth, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and improving guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
