  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including vendors and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and conflict resolution to mitigate project risks and ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and industry standards by collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
  • Manage project budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal project outcomes.
  • Ensure project documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned are captured and shared with the organization.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Proven project management skills, with successful delivery of large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
